“Fortunately, maths!” - this talk is about how our approach to planning work, which can seem like a matter of taste or an art form, is actually governed by some mathematical principles. The first one is demonstrated by flipping a coin. Every time it lands on ‘heads’, we add 1 to a cumulative total. Every time it’s a ‘tails’, we subtract one. What do you think will happen?

250gr. Quark (20%)
250 gr. Quark (40%)
300 gr. Haferflocken kernig
200 gr. Haferflocken zart
4 Eier
Chiasamen, Sonnenblumenkerne, etc. (nach Belieben, insgesamt 3-6 EL)
2 Pck. Backpulver
1 Pck. Trockenhefe
ggf. 1 Prise Salz

Alles gut miteinander vermischen und in eine Kastenform geben.

Bei 180 Grad Ober-/Unterhitze ca. 55 Minuten backen, danach noch für 15 –20 Minuten im Ofen stehen lassen.
